Bill is a graduate of the University of Texas, with a Major in Advertising Art.  He has thirty-six years in the advertising business.  He founded and co-founded 2 advertising agencies and 4 other advertising related businesses.  He retired in 1987 and was accepted into the USAF Art Program.  In 2000 he was asked to form the Southwest Society of Air Force Artists.  He has served in both the Air Force and Navy. 

His work is on permanent display in the Air Force Art Collection in Washington D.C., and is also displayed at the Pentagon, the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum, and at Major Command Headquarters.  He has much to share about art and the experience of drawing.
