classes in the Art Studio and keep track of those individuals
signing up for workshops and classes.
C. Notify instructors of the number of students confirmed for
workshops and classes.
D. Maintain the studio calendar to ensure studio
events and class schedules are not overlapped.

A Officiate at all meetings of the Club.
B. Call meetings of the Executive Board and of the entire Club as necessary to conduct the Club’s business.

The
PAST PRESIDENT experience and knowledge are intended to
greatly help in the transition of new officers, the continuity of the Club,
and external affairs. He/she will be in charge of attracting new members,
and helping to retain present members. Subject to the President’s being the
spokesperson for the Club, the Past President will work on developing and
maintaining community relations, promoting outside exhibits in the
Georgetown area, developing relationships with the local media, and working
with the other officers on projects as needed. The Communications Director
will assist as needed

Photography SIG committees.

B. Oversee the rules of the organization are
being adhered to while maintaining a pleasing display of art
work to the public.
C. Chair a committee for writing the "Call For
Entries" document for the Annual Juried Show.
D. Oversee necessary purchases for exhibit
installations.
E. Recruit volunteers for this committee.
A. Plan and host social events for the VAC.
These events will include but are not limited to:
New Member Orientation and Receptions and Exhibition
Receptions.
B. Recruit volunteers to assist the chair
person at these events.
C. Report event planning details to the
executive board.
A. Maintain the studio library for the VAC
and Photography SIG.
B. Purchase new books and videos for the
library.
C. Report library information to the
executive board.
D. Inform the club webmaster of all new
acquisitions so that they can be listed on the club website.
A. Represent the VAC and Photography SIG
with Sun Rays personnel.
B. Collect and deliver through E-mail, all
news /information for the Sun Rays articles.
C. Contact all local newspapers and Channel
79 to advertise upcoming exhibitions announcements.
D. Deliver events flyers / posters to key
locations in the Georgetown area.
A. Maintain a list of volunteer monitor
members who can be called and are available for studio
monitor service..
B. Train new members for monitor service, as
needed.
C. Encourage members to serve as studio
monitor.
