Ann Garrard moved to Sun City with her husband, Bill, eight years ago and has been involved with the Visual Arts Club since before it was chartered.  Ann, who began her study of Chinese Brush Painting in Dallas in 1990, has studied with master teachers from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan and California.  She is a member of the Association of Oriental Art and exhibits in their annual show every year.  Her other interests include Senior University, the Nature Club, traveling, reading and family.  Ann and Bill  have six children and eight grandchildren in California, Colorado and Texas.
